Return & Exchange Conditions
14-Day Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and public safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

- Accessories & Earrings
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Select the order, click details, and select the item you wish to return.
- Alternatively, contact our support team directly via the contact options on our Contact Us page.
- Our courier will contact you to pick up the return package within 2-5 business days.
